Order Processing: All Cut Jewelry items are made to order. Processing time varies depending on the product. However, most of our products are in stock, and some popular styles can be shipped within 24 hours, while engraved or custom orders may take 3-5 business days.
Once we dispatch your package and update the order status, our system will automatically send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped, along with your shipment tracking number. You can check your package's tracking progress online by logging into your account or clicking the link provided in the email header. Alternatively, if you have a registered account with Cut Jewelry, you can find this information in ‘My Account’:
- Sign into ‘My Account’.
- Click on the ‘My Orders’ section.
- If the order status is ‘Complete’ click on ‘View Order’ for the tracking information.

SHIPPING TIME
We are happy to offer free standard shipping throughout the US on orders over $119. Delivery to the US from the time the package is shipped is approximately 7-12 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us and pay an expedited handling fee; delivery will take approximately 4-6 business days.

We have FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT and so on. The standard shipping can reach the majority of countries, while the priority line can reach most of the main countries.
